Step 1: Section Your Hair
Use a rat-tail comb to create a horizontal part from ear to ear. Clip or tie the upper section of your hair to keep it out of the way.

Step 2: Build a Foundation
Backcomb the roots of your hair about an inch from the scalp to create a secure base. For added hold, use dry shampoo or hair spray.

Step 3: Attach the Clips
Select a 2-clip or 3-clip weft. Open the clips, position them on the foundation, and snap them closed. Leave a ½ to 1-inch perimeter of natural hair around your hairline for comfort and a natural look.

Step 4: Add More Wefts
Continue sectioning and clipping row by row as you move up your head. Leave 1-3 inches of natural hair between each row. For the widest section, use larger wefts to ensure complete coverage.

Step 5: Finish with Side Wefts
Place the remaining 2-clip wefts on the sides of your head, about four fingers above your ears, for a balanced and seamless look.
